Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients. We understand that emergencies can happen. In case of sudden illness, family emergencies, or severe weather, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate these situations on a case-by-case basis.
